Using our site

The University site is very large containing a great deal of information for a wide range of users. The site's navigational structure is intended to make it easy for people to find the information they need. However, if you have difficulty finding what you want there are navigation aids available to assist you:

The site includes global navigation links at the top of each page which divides the whole website into eight broad categories:

Throughout the University website a search box is available at the top right hand side of the page enabling you to type in search terms and search the University site. Advanced options are available from the search results page if you wish to filter the results returned.

We provide a breadcrumb trail above the main content on each page to indicate where you are in the site.

A full site map is available from the top right-hand menu on every page.

We aim to ensure our website complies with accepted accessibility guidelines and web standards. More information about how we implement these standards can be found in our Accessibility page. If you experience problems accessing information on this website please let us know at
